... the fitness team had oddly strong hearts.
How to join our fitness group:
- Make yourself a (free!) account for athletics tracking at Runalyze (open-source running / athletics analytics site);
- Post some GPS tracked runs/bikes/hikes to your new Runalyze account;
- Talk to @mstafford or @aussieninja to prove you're real;
- Vote on these daily posts to increase their rewards;
- At the end of each week, the SBD rewards get distributed based on kilometres travelled!
Neato, gang!
Current rewards available for last weeks exercises = 0.586 SBD!
This will be divided up amongst group members based on weekly kilometres ran & cycled!
Note that 1km of running is weighted the same as 3km of cycling!
Below is a summary of the groups runs/bikes/hikes as of 2018-06-16.

Run Burgundy is a FitNation initiative
You stay classy, San Diego
What can I do to encourage people to get out and run|cycle more?
Regards @run.vince.run
I know the best way to get people attention is by showing before/after pics. I know it helps people see the transformation is ones body and will help motivate others to get on board.
I think the best thing you can do is to be a shining example of why it's good practice to get out an exercise lots.
I am going to go full force this week. My daily goal will be to walk/jog at least 2 miles a day.
How can I help spread the word about this amazing group?
Just tell people to check it out, and if they're keen to join, I can walk them through the steps.
Going to try to get ready for a "Steem Basic Income" drive / contest thingy next week.. Will let you know when there's a post to resteem if you're interested.
