It’s Not How Good You Are, But How Much You Want It. Rest day (1030 reps)

Today I did my own 450 reps challenge twice. one in the afternoon on in the evening.

50 Squat
50 Push-ups
50 Lunges
40 Squat
40 Push-ups
40 Lunges
30 Squat
30 Push-ups
30 Lunges
20 Squat
20 Push-ups
20 Lunges
10 Squat
10 Push-ups
10 Lunges

I got my time improved 10:10. Under 10 minutes??? I think it would be a good challenge for me:)

The other reps were made of light deadlift 70 reps and lying arm flies 60 reps.
