My menu of today is...

  1. 5x 20 push ups +400m rowing

What does it mean to be fit? Nobody really knows ,but as Russian sport school says ''if you can do 100 kettlebell (24kg) snatches in 5 minutes (you can swap your hands as you mush as you like) you are fit enough to call your self a MAN''

  1. My time for 100 snatches is 4:47 R30,L30,R10,L10,R10,L10
  2. Clean+5 Front Squat+Jerk 5sets
    4.Snatch Pulls(100kg) 5x5
    5.Chin Ups +20kg 5x max
