Exercise #1: Jogging; An Early Morning Drill- Boosting The Immune System

It's true what they say that "exercise boosts the brain cells and keeps the body fit". Earlier today I did one of the most energizing drills, Jogging. I even saw a couple of other athletes who were on the same drill, a few days ago.

Jogging As An Excercise

The body system is said to undergo aging over the years but to prevent this from happening rapidly (very fast), exercises that build the body have been put up to keep our bodies and minds fit and proactive at every point, always. Some might be strenuous or either difficult, some may be easy to do or even hard respectively and some may even be less effective on you than it would another person but they all have their importance. However, Be that as it may, exercise or should I call it " Workouts", has been and will be an interestingly effective tool in building strength, agility proactivity, and let's not forget in building balance.

There are several ways to do exercises and workouts and they all have their different works on the body and the mind, but in this article, I am mainly focused on The Early Morning Drill.

Jogging as an exercise helps keep the body in check at all times and there are a couple of advantages and usefulness of this particular program. Back where I'm from its called the early morning drill, at a particular time in the morning or if not every morning, get your tracks and vans ready, get some good music or get a partner or even a friend to jog and run with you, whichever way and do this between the hours of 4:30 am and 5:00 am and end between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:30 am. Now, trust me this might seem like you are stressing your whole body out, don't fret, its okay! Trust me you are doing so much more than that, You are keeping your body system and mind Fit. Isn't this remarkable? just by jogging round a place for 30 minutes you are good to go.

Importance Of Early Morning Drill

Generally, exercises in an actual sense will always have significant importance to the body both physically, mentally and psychologically and as we've seen that jogging is aaerobic cardiovascular exercise. There are a few relevances that come with having to go for a morning jog, some may be casual, serious and some might not even be seen but you just gotta know that it is actually pretty much important so, let's check out a few of them.

Jogging is beneficial to the heart simply because while doing a vigorous exercise (jogging), the body is actually active throughout that day and even thereafter, it makes the heart respond more appropriately, reducing Heart diseases in the body system. For as many that actually do jog, it said that when you perform this morning drill, you boost the percentage of lipids active in your body.

Lower Blood Pressure;

A good and productive workout program like running or jogging can reduce the rate at with the Blood pressure of a human being fluctuates. It regulates the blood levels which in turn, makes the heart stronger and pumps blood more effectively and gives you more energy.

Immune Function Power

as a program or an exercise can effectively improve the power function of the immune systems in the body, whenever you go for that morning drill on Saturday your cells and antibodies move at a faster and better rate. This synthesis or procedure helps prevent unforeseen illness or diseases.

Psychologically And Mentally

Essentially, jogging also boosts the psychological performance of a human being. It prevents the mind from ever being prone to psychological or mental threats likewise, jogging helps to shield the mind from cognitive impairments. Mentally, Jogging can boost self-confidence and attitude boost.

Burning Belly Fat And Building Of Stronger Bones

Yes! It is true, belly fat can be burnt through aerobic exercises like jogging. Regularly, the more often you do this very exercise or any other aerobic exercise you definitely burn excess amount of Fat. Also, the improvements in our joints and bones can be related to this exercise too. Often times, some Athletes are directed towards jogging because researchers have shown that jogging can and will improve joint cartilages in the body.

Generally, the rate at which the human body should live can be elongated or should I say stretched if some exercises are done to keep the body fit and in doing so the mind undergoes its own fitness and in doing so the body develops more endurance and energy. So, An everyday jogging is not a crime or a stress-filled work but it is a fruitful venture that yields fruits in no time and trusts me it is visible to everyone around you, including you.

A little Excercise will add to the longevity of your life, reducing death risk so until next time, see you around!
