I can't wait to getting more info on this device. I think the underlining advice here to minimize cardiovascular challenges is to exercise. The extent of this exercise should also determined..... HEARTBIT!

It's so amazing the technology that regular people can own and use now. Just a few years ago anything close to this would be in a hospital and have you hooked up to wires while you were being charged a bunch of money or would have to wait for an appointment. We live in exciting times :-)
