So how long each day do you work out? I've seen so many posts lately about people losing weight and getting in shape. It's all pretty inspiring!

Sort:  

I'm trying to my weight lifting workout routine between one hour to one and an half
And cardio trying to do 40 mins-one hour

I'm doing morning cardio as Im writing this replay 😀 image
