Physique update

Giving your body what it needs and with some exercising such as lifting weights, yoga and walking etc, no need to jog but its up to you, will transform your body into greatness!

For those of you who haven't read my other posts, i used to be overweight at 215lbs and now i'm 160lbs which took me 6-7 months and i've been maintaining for close to two months now. I feel amazing, way better than before and i made very good strength gains too and now i can do 28 reps first set with 40lbs dumbbell incline bench press.

Looks like you started a very good base. I'd actually start putting on weight now - about 1/2 a pound a week for a few months. Will really help with the strength gains.
