Lunch idea

Broccoli and cabbage are steamed and nothing else has been added to it to enhance the flavor but its up to you.
But as you can see i added other ingredients to the pasta.

I freestyled with most of these ingredients but i added very little of everything.

  1. Basil
  2. Cayenne
  3. Paprika
  4. Pink salt
  5. Yellow mustard with turmeric
  6. 1 tsp or a tad less of coconut oil20171208_135325.jpg
