My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2023
Thank God is Saturday and also been a weekend. And a work free day for me as well.
I always start my weekend with 2 hours of exercise before doing anything else for that day, so today activities wasn't different from my previous weekend activities.
I start my morning drill with some push-up, which after that I went outside for a short distance marathon jogging around my environment, running for at least 2 kilometers race of lite jogging.
After my jogging I went back home and took my bath , before going out to visit my friend just to relax and spend some quality time in his place. Were we discussed and watch videos together and also went out for a walkout.
My weekend was well spent and fill with exciting experience both for me and my friend,
