Haha I'm not a medical student, but I have a nice obsession with this stuff, so I'm willing to spend some time trying to learn!

I've had an obsession with health related issues and keep up to date on the latest information. I've devoted many hours each week for years trying to "keep up" and then I look at my wife's parents who don't do anything. They eat what they like, its cooked to death, they don't exercise, they don't take supplements or vitamins, he smoked until age 65, he was also an alcoholic until he was 40. He just recently passed away at 93 years old and she is 88. Go figure.
