183.8 lbs
29.12% battling laziness

I'm almost one third into this project and I'm probably worse off than when I started. Maybe I should pull up some early clips and start a documentary. Maybe that will spur me to crack on.

Started moving when I got up... and before I got off of the couch. I did six pushups. Felt the last five in the left shoulder. I do them slowly, so I feel every rep. Maybe I should do a set quickly; maybe half way to get the pump. I want to go to the Y today, but I'll have to push myself.

The weight is up. But I'm stronger when I'm heavier. That's my main goal... strength.

First step....get dressed. Dress for success. Successfully get out of the house and to the gym.

Plotting my course will help motivate me;
Dead lifts; leg press; bench press; military press; bent row. And maybe some vanity sets in between. Muscularity is the cure for at least half of my ailments... or so I believe.

Made it to the Y and completed my tasks. I didn't do much in the way of vanity work, except for shins flexes and the hanging abs work. In the philosophy of practice makes better, I should be doing this sequence as much as possible and sharing it with my peeps.

Afterwards, Mom and I did session 007. Four 8 minute rounds, combination exercises. This represents a new level of The Come Back. It's been less than a month and we've improved from 4/3s to 4/8s. We can stay at eight minutes for several weeks while Mom gets acclimated to the combos. Then, the next level.

Once again, I stayed up too late. But, if I'm not sleepy, why go to sleep?
