Squat Challenge Complete- Tuesday 6.19.18

Day 50 of my squat challenge and I was able to complete 50 squats today. Looking for more motivated individuals to join me!! I just crossed the 2K squat mark. I am really excited many people have been interested and joined in on this challenge.

This challenge will be a squat challenge. I chose a squat challenge because I felt that the ability to perform these squats anywhere like work, school, office, and at home made it easier to complete.

The challenge:

Perform at least 50 squats per day. They DO NOT have to be consecutive. You can ease into this challenge by maybe doing 5-10 at a time. Your daily squats should total to a minimum of 50 squats. You can always go above and beyond.

Strongly encourage everyone to take one before the challenge pic, and update after a few weeks to show the growth in your body.
