Early to Rise, Early to Grind!

This morning I woke up quite early and most of my workout was in the dark still.

It felt really great to be hitting up the bar in the dark.

Tomorrow will be my day of from training and then my 5th workout of the week on Saturday.

Sorry this is kind of a boring post, I’m not sure what to write today but wanted to share that I’m still rocking.
