RMS Bodybuilding Challenge Week 5 Day 3
This is the same workout routine as Day 1:
Five rounds of:
- 10 pushups to shoulder push-ups
- 20 squats
- 20 lunges
In today's workout, I tried to improve the form of my pushups, I worked on going lower in the squats, and did alternating lunges instead of doing them one side at a time. After 3 rounds I turned the camera off and took a five minute break so the workout took about 30 minutes from start to finish.
