Increased up to 9K Swift walk today

After I have been able to do 8K swift walk for nearly 3 weeks now, I decided today that I am going to stretch my fitness schedule and so increased another 1000K steps. so now from here, I will do 9k steps to make my swift walk even more challenging. I made it today.
