Day 6 another 800 calories down
Hello, Steemians! This was my workout yesterday. I'm starting to get tired of the elliptical, so I limited myself to no more than 40 minutes. The result was 551 calories in about 36 minutes. This was a good starting point for the workout.
Afterwards, I did a heavy bag workout consisting of 3 minute rounds with sit ups during the rest. I did this for 7 rounds which added another 27 minutes to my workout. I figured this was at least 250 more calories.
In addition to working out a lot more, I started watching my diet. I truly believe that the best way to accomplish weight loss is calorie restriction. My preferred way to do that is through a low carb high fat diet. I'll write more on that in the future.
