Active Rest Friday & Breakfast Ideas :)
Happy Friday steemians!
The Workout ?
Today I've decided to skip on following video sessions and complete workouts, and opt in for an active rest day.
What this means is that I did a bit of cardio on my own, along with body stretching - maybe one day I can make a video myself and share with you some of my own workouts, but until then ...
So this is what an active rest day generally involves, and at different weeks I would pick a specific day for similar approach. Normally those would be mid-week, but hey why not on a Friday :)
The Breakfast
You cannot skip on a breakfast though or have an active rest breakfast lol, so today's breakfast included:
- 1 Arabic bread sandwich with white cheese, cucumber, almonds, olives, and a sprinkle of black cummin
- The sweet thing: I opted for 2 rice cakes, and spread over those my favorite tahini, mixed with some fantastic molasses... YUMMM
