That's good to hear. How about running and cycling? Do you do them as well?
I do running on the weekends only, but as of now it has stopped as every now and then it is raining here in the Philippines. I will resume it when the rains stop. How about you, do you run and cycle?
I usually use my bicycle for exercise...and I usally got exhusted after riding on a long distance.
