I have found fasting to be a help! like big time :)
I'm currently doing intermittent fasting, working for me really good I came down from 225lbs to 185lbs in around 4 months.

Wow I didn't realize you were 225 at one point. Great job. I'll get there. During baseball season, I don't want to lighten up. After the season is over, I might try to drop 5 pounds, but don't want to be much lighter.

yeah man I was a Dline man! had to be big but when I became a rusher I had to lose the heavy! :D
