My weight loss Blog - 36 year old man, 300 lbs - 100 lbs to lose! pt 8
I have decided to start making these posts updating the day before - it gives me a bit more flexability when I post and gives a more accurate record.
Yesterday was a good day, I ended up doing the most steps ever! over 12k
This was due to a morning walk and then another afternoon walk also, not something I often do but thought why not!
Tomorrow I plan to lift weights so will walk less then. food yesterday was good.
