My weight loss Blog - 36 year old man, 300 lbs - 100 lbs to lose! pt 2

Not much to report today, not on the workout front..in fact today is one of the first days we have taken a rest!

I say we as in my partner christina has decided to join me in this! she has very very little to lose and just wants to tone up a bit, but having someone you live with and eat with on the same path is so helpful!

We decided to take a day of today as we could feel our joints aching - we have been taking daily walks over hilly terrain and we have been building up or distance traveled and pace over the past month or so, but we felt it time to have a day off..just to help aid in recovery.

Tomorrow back to the walks! we try to do about 6800 odd steps, then the rest of the day takes us over 10000.
