Hi bro! I don't know if you saw it, but I kindly asked you, in one of your previous posts, if you could do a post about supplements? And you still didn't answer me.

I also workout almost every day, and I know how important it is to have the right diet to get the right results.

And even more important is that people are educated about the stuff they put in their body right??? Because a lot of supplements have traces of other HIGHLY DANGEROUS ANABOLIC STEROIDS!!!

Those people get a better effect faster, and that translates into even more millions of dollars for company's that make them.

But they do not think of health issues caused by that. I also can't understand roidheads in today's age, when there are so many evidence about people dying from it. It's honestly sick.

I recommend, do your research and if you already know about stuff on the shelves in stores that are bad, post it. Cheers
