I have been working out for a little over a year and a half now, and sometimes you hit a wall or a plateau in your journey. What I have learned, is that when that happens, it is always best to have people around you to push you in the right direction. Make friends with someone that has been where you have been and can tell you how to start making progress again. The picture above is me and 2 of the people that push me the most. They give me advice on everything in the gym, my form, how much weight I should lift, new exercises, and how to get better.
Both of these guys have been working out for a lot longer than I have. I met both of them at the gym I go to, and quickly made friends with them in order to learn how to get better. They have become good friends of mine and have helped me so much along my fitness journey.
Good post.
I agree it is easier if u have a training partner(or two), keep up with the good work!
Thank you! And it is easier, and they normally help you stay motivated!
