Seven Days of Self-Love Challenge Day Two
MOVE IT, MOVE IT!! I LIKE TO, MOVE IT!
Day two of the challenge and I chose to move my body by working out at my work’s gym.
I’ve really been slacking about working out lately and thought today would be a perfect day to start working on making the gym a habit again.
Today was also my first time ever using a pre-workout supplement and so far so good! My brother recently got back from the Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio which is a fitness and body building expo... he had surprised me with a tub of mimosa flavored Alani Nu pre-workout. I had been talking about how I wanted to try it. (Thanks bro!)
I’m going to continue to move this ole body of mine... but I’d like to know - how did you move yours?!
