You Think You Can Deadlift?
For athletes, Deadlifts make you a better force producer, meaning that stronger glutes and hamstrings allow you to put more force into the ground.
Today I incorporated mental practice into my workout as I used imagery to perform a deadlift in my mind in order to focus on proper form before physically performing the skill.
Deadlift tip
Keep bar close to shins, it reduces lever length from feet to load, reducing the amount of force needed to perform lift
I performed 4sets 12reps
