I just wanna be better than what I was yesterday, my only competition is myself.
My back, chest, and arms are so sore from yesterday's workout. I used to be this sore every time I worked out when I first started going to the gym 2 years ago. I guess I just need to start pushing harder.
I’m not really one to train Chest but every now and again throw in this challenging tri-set. 12/12/12 x 5 on the chest flys.
My chest workout was so good that I just wanna go back to the gym and lift more.
The Squeeze Press is a chest exercise that specifically targets the inner chest rather then the outer chest due to your hands being close together.
Be persistent and don't give up. You are almost there. The greatest enemy of everyone is always ourselves.
