10minute Morning Workout!
Hey guys!
This is a morning routine I've developed these past few weeks and I've been doing it every morning. The amazing part of it is that it only lasts about 10mins including some breaks so it fits almost any schedule. No matter how busy you are, at least 10mins to get your body moving will make a difference in your health!
Routine:
-10 pushups x 3 sets
-20 squats x 3 sets
-45 second planks x 3 sets
