Lazy Sunday? Too tired? Need to break up? Don’t have proteins? New sneakers? Professional trainer is to expensive? Do not quit so fast. You have your own nature, your own hood, street, go outside and just walk for a while for start. Time to redirect myself and workout. I’ve got too lazy in last few mounths. Right now I upload videos of my training to dtube as a motivation. It gets me into some kind of duty ^^ Addtionally I joined a fb group with about 600 people that are sharing their progress every month. This should be enough to stay motivated for the next time :D
