Legs for days....Contest Prep Day 2

Today I trained legs and back. I started with 20min moderate intensity intervals cardio and stretching. I still feel kind of weak from the being sick few days ago but had to push through it :) Here is what I did.

  1. Squat 145lbs x 9 - 2 sets (strength)
  2. Sumo deadlifts 175 lbs x 9 - 2 sets
  3. Barbell lunges 85lbs x 10/side - 4 sets
  4. BB hip thrust 125lbs x 15 - 4 sets

On top of that, I had 10 sets of 10 pull-ups (so a 100 total). Needless to say, it takes me a while to finish. Lateral pull downs with the bands and some TRX reverse flies.

Contest prep can be a bit intense and definitely may seem intimidating to a newbie. But that what it takes to step on stage. Would you like to see any specific exercises, guys, and ladies :)) ? What are your problem areas or weaknesses when it comes to fitness?
