This is good stuff. Quite informative. Have been doing my workouts after work but they seem not to be as effective as I'd like them to be. I only get to do full workouts on Saturday midday. thanks for the share. I'll add this info to my normal routines.
No problem, training in this time has advantages, you save time after work for family and etc.
