Bodyweight workout routine + tips. Start with the basics! No equipment!

I will start with a little introduction. My height is 179cm and weight is around 74kg, healthy lifestyle. I don't follow any diet, barely eat junk or drink soda. I don't even workout every day anymore.
Sounds like everyone can do that? Simple answer - yes!


(this is my physique that I maintain without much effort)

There is one thing that you need... tips.
Tip 1. You don't need cardio to lose weight (or fat). I personally hate cardio.
Tip 2. You can eat junk and be fit at the same time.
Tip 3. Workouts don't have to take long
Tip 4. Use cheat days
Tip 5. You don't need an expensive gym
...

Losing weight
Losing weight is simple, you monitor what you eat & do on one regular day. Count these calories and just decrease it. Let that ice cream, pizza, doughnut in the fridge. Do this day by day or just all at once but that will be hard for you. Combine this with workout routines and you will see results.
I know eating healthy every day is not that fun (i have always done that). So start with cheat days, say once a week you don't watch what you eat (watch a little so not all progress is lost).

Gaining weight/mass
This is a lot harder. You have to take the advice for losing weight but reverse it. So monitor what you eat but increase calorie intake every week. Now you need to watch your protein intake. Recommended is 1.5gram protein/kg bodyweight or even 2gram. Avoiding junk is still the best option, it is not the calorie you want.

Overall bodyweight routine (start with what you can and increase per week)
Burpees: 8-10 reps
Plank: 40 sec
Squats: 20 reps
Push ups: 10 reps
Mountain climbers: 20 sec
Do these excercises 2 times or more.

This beginner routine won't even take 10 minutes. I bet you have some free 10 minutes every day.

You don't need any equipment for this! This is a beginner level meant for everyone.
