When we get to a gym the first thing we look for is the person who is better physically, better silhouette, good arms and legs, tight waist, ETC. Over time we have had many advances in science and one of them is the smartphone (this point is key). Said trainer should always be more aware of his client than of his phone, of course he is a human and can review it in short times due to an emergency.

Undoubtedly the most important point when choosing. A physical trainer in other words is a connoisseur of most physical faculties, rather he must have a set of knowledge such as nutrition, medicine, pharmacology, training (techniques, systems types, etc), biomechanics, physiology, kinesiology, genetics, psychology, pathologies, communication, observation, education and even marketing and sales.
They are very broad knowledge and although you do not believe you must have a preparer that will help you to:

  • That your training is more optimal and effective.
  • Have a good physical strength and muscle tone
  • Get knowledge that will help you improve your quality of life.
  • By achieving good results, your safety and self-esteem will increase. It will also reduce your stress.

One of the main problems of a lot of coaches is that most of the time they lose the notion of your priorities, I mean, many coaches will tell you that you have to have a strict diet, not have any kind of nightlife, zero alcohol, No sweets, you should forget the sauces and even some are so strict that they tell you that you can only have sex a few times a month.
If this means that 60% of the people who pay the membership in the gym go 2 or 3 weeks and they do not go anymore.
That's why I say you are looking for a methodical trainer, that gives you space and time to relax eating, drinking and enjoying at certain times. In this way you can get results and enjoy life at the same time (I do not say that you go out partying every day, NO, but once more than another to relax) and with that you will not get bored, nor will you be afraid of the gym.
So when it gets "intense", remind him that you only want to physically improve not being a bodybuilder.
But if your goal is to compete the thing changes, if there are many sacrifices it is as they say "fame, sweat and tears".

Finally I leave a tip despite the pain of the first days, cardio and the slight envy of seeing people with better physique than your worth. Remember that every beginning is difficult and that no person you see with a good physicist was born that way.
