Today was a much slower workout as it was yoga. I must say that Yoga X was no joke! Still sweating and working my butt off! We started the night with 22 Minute Hard Corps, a military-style bootcamp workout. My heart rate was blastin'! We didnt get through the entire yoga workout because it is 90 minutes long. We wound up doing about 30 minutes.
