the deadlift is one of the three most important movements. You should generally be careful with everything you do, i agree :)
That's fine she is doing the deadlift really nicely with very good form and it is only 10kg so no harm there.. I deadlift 90kg at my good days. Followed. Feel free to follow me back, I am a PT x

Thanks @freiheit50 for your suggestion. I know about the risks. My trainer keeps telling me :) that's why I have a small bag...
