              1. Focus solely on sport

Getting into sport is good. Who has never dreamed of eliminating those extra pounds that spoil our lives? But if you really want to lose weight, there is no secret: you have to eat a healthy and balanced diet. It is therefore too fatty (cheese, charcuterie), too sweet (cakes, sweets, alcohol, sodas), and too salty (prepared meals, snacks, fast food) with the possibility of making a small difference sometimes.

               2. Cardio only

If you do sports but you put on the cardio only, you burn fat ... and muscle. Undeniably, it is better to combine this activity with muscle building to be well shaped. This also increases your metabolism in order to spend more energy, even at rest.

               3. Too Deprived

We keep good fats (avocado, nuts, sardines) on our plate and we allow ourselves at least one cheat meal (include a free meal) per week. If one deprives oneself too much, the body believes that it is in famine and risks to store everything that one eats. A too frustrating diet re-balancing quickly becomes stressful. And it is precisely when you are stressed that you are more likely to flinch in front of a packet of cakes ... One relaxes by doing meditation, yoga and above all one does not frustify to avoid excesses.

                  4. Do not get down

If for several months, we have exactly the same sporting pattern, perhaps we must think of surpassing ourselves. In sport, we must not rest on its laurels. Quite the contrary: the important thing is to have an evolution. If one feels that one can not increase the length of his sports session, one plays on the intensity. The goal ? Give yourself all the way to spend as much energy as possible.
