The mind is the most powerful substance in your body...use it to get the physique you want!

Proportion, symetry, muscle density, lines, separations and overall balance...in a nutshell a strong body that all of us want to have. Anyone who says they are satisfied with the full, curvy, so called thick boned, voluptuous look...is simply lying! Really...who does not want to look good?
The look I'm referring here is not the GQ, Vogue or Sports model look but the best attainable look possible...no in competetive with anyone else but yourself.

Changing the look for better is a task which requires much more than just action plan.

The interesting fact about the human body is that under all the layers of fatty tissue deposit there is a perfect figure to be discovered. Another astonishing fact is that human body is one of the most meticulous, precise and complex structure which can withstand enormous strain under various conditions, resilient, fragile as glass...yet extremely elastic so it can be moulded to a certain extent.

All of this is fine but what really drives the body into that remodeling / reshaping state. The answer is quite simple. Our brain! The brain it's the main source of tapped and untapped powers, fully responsible for any decision-making and conversion into a direct action. How long ( time ), how intense ( load / resistance ), how many times ( repetitive action ), how far ( distance) are four of the most important actions ( performance factors ) which ultimately lead the body and mind into the reshaping state. When we challenge these performance factors often enough in variety and progressions the body and mind will become conditioned.

Here are several questions addressing some important components of your continuous improvement, development and most importantly...mindset and focus.

Honesty - do you want to get in shape and make it a permanent life changing thing or is it just a temporary phase where you want to drop some pounds to feel better?

When you go to the gym...do you use your time effectively? Can you do more ? Can you go heavier and more complex?

Can you stick to your traning schedule?

Do you have a time to devote to the activities necessary to loose more pounds? Are you going to fully commit and keep on going?

Can anything divert you from your training schedule?

Are you fully commitment to learning and expanding your horizons to assist with your regime and transformation?

Are you prepared to accept pain and soreness as a part of the process?

Can you wake up every day knowing that you will be giving no less then 100% effort?

Are you a winner?

Are you 100% prepared to adopt a new way of life?

Are you prepared to forget the meaning of word - compromise?

Is your transformation a goal, destination...or simply new you?

Are you a sheep or a lion?
