30 day fitness challenge day 13! (recovery day)
Hey steemians this is day 13 of my 30 day challenge. Today recovery day slow run followed by situps and plank jump-ins and in the end as usually swimming.
So today’s workout consisted of 11 km recovery run.
100 situps
100 plank jump-ins
15 min swimming in the end.
