Wednesday Workouts - Get a Pump like the Crypto world did today!

Good Afternoon Steemians,

It is a beautiful day in the crypto world...green as far as the eye can see!

For this edition of Workout Wednesday's I am going to detail a cardio exercise sure to leave you winded.

  • Stretch!
  • Box squats: 5 sets of 12-15
  • Planks: 3 sets of 1 min each
  • Lunges: 5 sets with about 20 yards distance
  • Pull-ups: 3 sets of max
  • Push-ups: 3 sets of 25
  • One mile run to finish it off.

If this is too easy for you, add weight and decrease rest time in between.
