Dear fitness lovers

It's very easy to enter.

There will be no more prizes from week 21.

It's good to promote fitness and if you have funds in your Steemit wallet perhaps you want to create your own fitness contest.

If you like to exercise then create a new post for your Steemit page. You are very welcome to take part in this fitness contest.

There were no participants in week 21 so I've decided to share some of my fitness videos to make this post a bit less boring.

In no particular order these are my videos.

Just share a video of you doing something cool (handstand, handstand walks, abs exercises, planche, elbow lever or just simple fitness routine or moves).

We do not encourage to perform crazy stunts and we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
Be careful, don't injure yourself and you are responsible of your own actions. Don't share videos of people getting hurt as a result of an exercise.

Dear contestants, I would like the prizes to be bigger but @Donwhale does not have enough funds.
Fitness video submissions are judged by @Donatello and @mikeylorenzo and scored on fun, quality and popularity factors.
Donatello Club digital card is a concept, marketing tool, account upgrade and lifetime membership.

How to enter:

You have to post your fitness video by Tuesday 13/03/18 but the sooner the better.

Fitness videos should be at least 30 seconds long. Promo videos which don't qualify for prizes can be of any length.

Write a post along with your fitness video and a description but the title must contain "Fitness contest week 22" and use "donatelloclubdigitalcard" as one of the tags. Don't forget to add your post Url below here as a comment.

Make sure you share your fitness video and not somebody else's to enter the contest but if you like to promote this fitness contest and you don't have a video of yourself exercising, you can share somebody else's video.
In the title you will need to write: "Fitness contest week... - This is not my video".
