Personal Fitness is very important to me. After sitting at the desk trading crypto all day. It's very important i exercise. A good way of getting some exercise in and getting a great fire going in the dead of winter is chopping wood. I exercise as follows:
Chop Wood to you can't chop anymore
Think about your body parts being worked and focus
Swing high overhead to work shoulders and back.
Tighten up hips and thighs on swings.
There you go. You'll know if you've done the exercises right if you can't swing anymore. You'll feel great after.
