Fitness 365: Day 89
Rest day is here and it is well deserved after doing a bit of a push yesterday. But I have not done nothing today either, as I have just completed 3 sets of 10 Sit-ups, and 3 sets of 10 squats. Nothing much but it is enough to keep the body moving, hope your all doing wonderful!
