Fitness 365: Day 39
Wow almost forgot to post today, but I did remember to exercise! Day 1 of 2 before the rest day starts up, Must say I am really starting to like this new regiment!
Did a 30 minute walk by myself (doing a run tomorrow with my buddy, conditions look great!)
3 Sets of 3 Minute Jump Rope
3 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
3 sets of 10 Sit-ups
3 sets of 15 Push-ups
3 sets of 15 Squats
3 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
3 Sets of 15 Triceps 10 Lbs (Jeebus, had to reduce the weight on the Triceps could not lift it, so to compensate, I increase Reps from previous 10 to 15) What I really need to do is get 15 pound weights, but that is too pricey.
So quick check in, I did something bad today, and had 6 beers :( Don't get mad at me I had my family over. Everyone is an alcoholic I felt the pressure. But on the bright side I have my water filled, I will drink some nice spinach shakes tomorow and everything will be good!
If you're looking to cut calories and still drink (without having to drink light beer), try drinking Guinness. Only 125 cal per 12 oz.
