Fitness 365: Day 178
Arms Day! Tired arm are good arms, I am starting to like this schedule more and more, and with the hot weather in full effect, I will finally start to lose some of this water weight I have slowly put on during the winter!
So for the workout:
3 Sets of 10 Biceps (20 Lbs)
3 Sets or 15 Triceps (10 Lbs)
3 Sets of 15 Pushups
And finished it off with a 45 minute Run/Walk
