Fitness 365: Day 175
Well, back to arms again, and surprisingly even before the workout my arms were mildly sore from the last time I did it!
So for the workout:
3 Sets of 10 Biceps (20 Lbs)
3 Sets or 15 Triceps (10 Lbs)
3 Sets of 15 Pushups
And finished it off with a 45 minute Run/Walk
