For the Workout:

2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
4 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 6 Triceps 20 Lbs

I'm not sure if I am imagining it or not but I feel like I look wider, not bigger/fatter, but just more square.
