Mixed Nuts 1 Cup: 680
Coffee w/ 2 oz Vanilla Almond Mild: 32
Rice: 206

What I am going to eat
Salmon: 200
Health Shake:296
1/2 cup mixed nuts: 340
Total: 2068/2268

I am unfortunately going to be to busy to post this later tonight, so I decided to pre-plan what I am going to eat for the remainder of the day. Sticking to this diet is getting easier every day!

You might know this. But I recommend you use myfitnesspal is an amazing app to count you callories!

Eating healthy is an amazing thing to do. However it's quite difficult to be consistent

Agreed it takes a lot of mental toughness to not give in to bad foods.

Completely agree i have lost more weight and inches eating better than when i worked out daily and my diet was horrible.
