Been taking a shot a day!
I've been adding a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar to my water every day, just as an experiment to see how it effects me! So far over the course of the last 2 weeks, I have noticed that it has really helped with my digestion overall which is good. But it's really hard to gauge just how well it works right now because I have also been eating a bit more and exercising a bit less then normal... I know I know I am awful...
