Abs & Bodyweight stuff

Push-ups:
40 reps

Elevated push-ups:
30 reps

Pull-ups:
20 reps

Chin-ups:
20 reps

Sit-ups:
30 reps

Crunches:
15 reps

Elevated crunches:
15 reps

Reverse crunches:
30 reps

Ab pulse-ups:
30 reps

Knee-to-elbow crunches:
25 reps

Oblique crunches:
Each side 25 reps
=50 reps

Planks:
4x3min
=10 reps?

IN TOTAL

=315 reps

PS. SORRY for taking so much space! I should've probably just mentioned the ab exercises in one package and not list them all separately :D...
