Buddy Holiday Workout

This workout consists of nine one-minute rounds of exercise. There’s a one minute break after all 9-minute rounds are done. Then repeat the circuit. If you have time and the will power, go for three rounds!
Row Machine – Go at a steady pace for the first round, using it as a warm-up. For the second round, go all out!
Push-ups with high-fives in between – Face each other, engage the energy, and challenge your buddy to keep up with you!
Back-to-back torso rotation with medicine ball – Grab a 20 or 30 pound med ball, stand back-to-back, and pass it to each other.
1- Thrusters (2- Bent Over Rows) – Choose a weight that challenges you. For the bent over row, the weight should be about 10 to 20 pounds more than the weight used for the thrusters.
Switch (Buddy 1 does bent over rows and Buddy 2 does thrusters.)
Wheelbarrow Walks
Switch (Buddy 1 is now the wheelbarrow)
Squats – Just some good ol’ fashioned bodyweight squats.
High-Five Burpees – At the top of each burpee, double high-five your buddy!
Remember that most people gain an average of five pounds over the holiday season. Fight with some good activity, and most of all, FUN!

This is the last and the least important tip. Yeah! You read that right as this tip is not going to help you lose the actual facial fat but can give an illusion to make it look slim.
