A Few Slaps On The Heavy Bag

I can't think of a single living thing that doesn't appreciate self defense. Been messing around with this 100lb bag for a few months since I got it. Been teaching myself from watching fighters and playing the ufc video game. Watch some video, play some game, hit the bag, repeat.

It is a lot of fun and a great stress relief to beat up the bag. Steadily getting more natural throwing kicks and punches randomly. I particularly enjoying working on the bag after a yoga class. The muscles feel loose and fluid, and the nerve inputs are all lubed up.

My goal during this round was to just be very relaxed and smooth. This is just 30 seconds of a few minutes work, watch out for that spinning round kick setting up the spinning overhand elbow ;)

Think I could benefit from this...currently have lost every arm wrestling match I have ever entered into ;-) Looks like fun!

For sure you could benefit from it! I don’t know if it will help your arm wrestling, maybe lift weights for that 😂

Hitting the bag is a bit like dancing, there is a lot of rhythm involved in striking & being creative can be deceptive. You’d be good at it
